Order processing times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days or 3 to 4 days in a festive period.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking link.

Delivery to the United States and the United Kingdom is available from 150€ of purchase.
The delivery costs are €17.90, offered from €250 of purchase.

Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delays & anomalies
Although we do everything possible to meet deadlines, certain delays beyond our control (transport, weather, peak periods) may occur.
If your order is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact us at contact@lumusia.com
No refund will be made before verification with the carrier.
Wrong address / package not collected
- In case of an error in the delivery address or a package not picked up within the allotted time, the reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
- We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by an address error provided at the time of order.
